Kyle Demelo Construction is currently hiring reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects located in Kelowna and the surrounding areas.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

- A minimum of five (5) years experience operating heavy equipment in a civil construction environment
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Experience with reading drawings, installation of utilities and civil components, excavating and backfill of structures.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and equally able to work independently
- Ability to also assist with ground work from time-to-time
- Ability to exercise good judgement and show initiative
- Self-motivated and dependable with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to complete time cards and daily safety forms electronically (SiteDocs)
- Attention and compliance with equipment cleanliness, maintenance and completing daily electronic logs




- Valid driver's license with personal reliable transportation
- Level 1 First Aid
