T&T; Power Group is a power generation, distribution, and automation sales and service company. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and highly organized Parts Coordinator to support our northern operations in Fort St. John.

What Impact Will You Have?

As the Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting field and shop technicians, internal departments, and external customers by accurately identifying, sourcing, organizing, and distributing parts.

You will play an important role in keeping our service operations running efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, processing invoices, and ensuring technicians have the parts they need when they need them.

The successful candidate will be able to quickly understand the complexities of the position, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of the parts and inventory function.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, email, and in person.
- Accurately identify and interpret parts requests from internal and external customers.
- Use online parts portals, catalogues, and other resources to research and identify the correct parts.
- Source and procure parts required by field technicians, shop technicians, service managers, and other internal teams.
- Prepare and stage parts for service technicians and customer pickups.
- Ensure parts invoices are priced accurately and processed promptly.
- Stock, label, and organize parts within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Manage inventory, stock movements, and inventory transfers through the ERP system.




- Take ownership of inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of parts and equipment.
- Receive and process external parts in accordance with internal procedures.
- Inspect incoming shipments to verify the quantity, condition, and accuracy of received items.
- Process incoming engine and parts core returns in accordance with established internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for orders, invoices, shipments, returns, and inventory movements.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date list of approved vendors.
- Source new vendors and manage relationships with existing suppliers.
- Resolve issues involving incorrect parts, shortages, damaged items, backorders, returns, and delivery delays.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and work environment in accordance with COR and company health and safety standards.
- Recommend improvements to current purchasing, inventory, shipping, and receiving practices.
- Prepare to assume future on-call responsibility for northern operations as business needs evolve.
- Perform other related duties required to support service and branch operations.

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience with parts identification and sourcing in a high-volume shop, warehouse, automotive, heavy-equipment, industrial, or service workplace.
- Experience supporting field technicians, shop technicians, and external customers.
- Previous shipping, receiving, inventory-control, or warehouse experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of engines and engine components.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is considered an asset.




- Experience using ERP or inventory-management systems is preferred.
- Experience using online parts portals, catalogues, or manufacturer systems.
- A Red Seal endorsement is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver’s licence may be required based on operational responsibilities.

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, technicians, managers, and other internal departments.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
