We are seeking a dedicated Walkie Operator to join our clients dynamic team. This role is ideal for experienced order pickers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced pick-to-pallet environment using an Electric Pallet Jack (Walkie/Double Jack).

Responsibilities

- Pick customer orders accurately in a pick-to-pallet environment.
- Build pallets safely and efficiently according to operational standards.
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (Walkie/Double Jack) in a safe manner.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy while meeting daily performance goals.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of warehouse order picking experience.
- Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (Walkie) / Double Jack is required.
- Ability to lift and handle cases weighing 2 lbs. to 45 lbs.,



with an average case weight of 15 lbs.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, quick-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Compensation

- Rate: $20.50 - $22.00/hour

Employment Details

This is a full-time opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position after successfully completing 360 hours, based on performance and business needs.
