Join the Ens Collision Team!
We are looking for a new team member to join our growing team at Ens Collision Center as an Estimator with previous estimating experience who is professional and dependable. An ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and autobody.
The hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Full-time, permanent.

Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for our guests to have an appraisal or damage assessment performed.
- Obtain & deliver estimates to insurance companies and/or customers in an productive, timely manner.
- Responsible for estimating both parts & labour requirements using automotive repair software.
- Must be conscious of repair costs with a HIGH degree of accuracy.
- Assess the extent of vehicle damage to provide estimates in a positive and professional way in order to facilitate building long-term guest relationships.
Qualifications:
- Previous autobody estimate experience is required.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time, and using power and hand-held equipment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Numeracy.
- Attention to detail.
- Checking for accuracy.
- Team player.
- Knowledge of the automotive or autobody industry.
- Knowledge of auto insurance.
Experience:
- Automotive or autobody background is an asset.
