Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skin treatments including RF/microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, hydrafacials
- Take initiative in identifying patient needs and recommending appropriate treatments
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and comprehensive skin assessments
- Administer medical-grade chemical peels and advanced skincare treatments
- Proactively maintain accurate patient records and safety protocols
- Educate patients on treatment options and post-care requirements
- Collaborate effectively with medical team members to ensure seamless patient experience
- Document treatment plans with concise charting and clinical photography
- Support retail product recommendations and clinic growth initiatives
- Contribute to team meetings and process improvement discussions

Required Qualifications

- Current certification as a Medical Aesthetician or Laser Technician
- 2+ years experience with medical-grade laser systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and treatment protocols
- Experience with various laser and light-based treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
