What you’ll do :

- You will execute our ‘people first’ philosophy in your work to cultivate positive long-term relationships with our clients and partners.
- Lead (as required), plan, attend, and promote our in-store special vents and promotions.
- You will contribute to a collaborative selling environment where all teammates are supported to meet their sales goals.
- Participate in product knowledge trainings and events.
- Support store merchandising strategy within the La Crème aesthetic

Pay: $20-22/hr based on past experience

Monday- Saturday 10-6

Sunday 11-5

At La Crème we work hard to honour vacation requests and rotate weekends equitably amongst the team, while ensuring the highest level of quality in our shopping experience for our clients. All team members are expected to be available to work rotating weekends.
