Build Great Work. Build a Career You’re Proud Of.Full-Time Carpenters & Apprentices | Lions Bay, BC

We’re not a production builder.

We don’t compete by being the cheapest.

We’re a small, established construction company based in Lions Bay, and since 2007, we’ve built our reputation by doing quality work, treating people well, and following through on what we promise.

Our clients come to us because they trust our work. Our schedule stays busy because of our reputation. And many of the people on our team have been with us for years.

That says a lot about who we are.

We take pride in the homes we build, the details we put into our work, and the people we work alongside.

If you’re someone who cares about doing a good job, wants to keep learning, and is looking for more than just another construction job, we’d like to hear from you.

What It’s Like to Work With Us

You’ll work on high-end custom homes in some of the most beautiful communities in BC.

Every project is different, and you’ll have opportunities to learn new skills, take on responsibility, and develop as a tradesperson.

We give our people the freedom to do their jobs without unnecessary micromanagement, but we also expect everyone to take ownership of their work.

We believe:

- Craftsmanship matters.
- The little details make a big difference.
- Your reputation follows you.
- A good attitude goes a long way.
- Work should be challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable.
