Overview:
A busy restaurant, Jac's on the beach in Peachland, is seeking a skilled Line Cook.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and meal service in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food safety and handling procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices




- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
