One Health Cubs is seeking an energetic and passionate Pickleball Director to lead our vibrant pickleball community. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations of the pickleball program, organize engaging clinics and tournaments, and foster a welcoming workplace for players of all skill levels. Your expertise will inspire players, elevate the sport’s profile at our facility, and ensure a fun, safe, and inclusive experience for everyone involved. Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of pickleball programming, including lessons, clinics, leagues, and tournaments.
- Manage court scheduling to maximize usage and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Provide professional instruction to players of all ages and skill levels, emphasizing proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Promote a positive atmosphere by engaging with players, encouraging participation, and fostering community spirit.
- Maintain equipment, court cleanliness, and safety standards to ensure optimal playing conditions.
- Organize special events such as beginner clinics or competitive tournaments to attract new players and retain existing ones.




- Collaborate with Director of Marketing to develop marketing strategies that highlight pickleball programs and grow participation.

Requirements

- Proven experience in teaching pickleball with a focus on beginner to advanced skills.
- Strong background in teaching techniques tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Knowledge of court maintenance, safety procedures, and equipment management related to pickleball facilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage players effectively.
- Ability to organize events, manage schedules, and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles through sport and community engagement.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
