Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling specials and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
- Prepare basic food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards, including assembling salads, sandwiches, or snacks as needed
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and Micros POS operations efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and service stations following health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Support food industry standards by practicing proper food handling techniques and adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred; familiarity with serving in fast-paced environments is a plus
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms, is desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure
