What We’re Looking For:

- Must be previously certified in Classic Lash Extensions
- Additional certifications (Volume, Mega Volume) are a bonus
- Detail-oriented with a robust eye for symmetry and lash health
- Passion for the beauty industry and excellent customer service
- Strong work ethic and time management
- Positive, professional attitude and team mindset

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Providing high-quality lash extension services
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Rebooking clients and supporting client retention
- Educating clients on aftercare and lash maintenance




- Promoting additional services and product knowledge where appropriate

Compensation:
Competitive commission-based pay structure with hourly guarantees. Top lash techs consistently earn $25–$35+/hour when bonuses, rebooking, and product sales are factored in.
