Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full time Integration Aid to support children with diverse needs in an educational setting.

The Integration Aid will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive environment, assisting the children in their daily activities, and promoting their social and emotional development.

This position requires a proactive individual who is committed to enhancing the child's daily daycare experience.

Duties

- Assist students with special needs in their daily classroom activities and routines.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop individualized support plans.
- Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to promote positive interactions.
- Help students navigate social situations, encouraging independence and self-advocacy.




- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Experience

- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the growth of all students.
- Familiarity with educational practices and strategies for supporting diverse learners is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
