Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated office manager to assist in job scheduling, creating production lists, job tracking, and general management. This position requires knowledge and experience with general computer use, emails, Excel, and potentially quick books (training provided for quick books). In this role you would creade a weekly production list from pdf's sent by customers,enter the required data on saved template and provide this list to on-floor workers and deal with some production scheduling.

Duties

- Show up on time and ensure workers know the required parts for certain day/week to meet production goals
- work with several co-workers in a open and friendly enviroment
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections using measurement tools and visual checks to ensure all components meet specifications.
- Operate forklifts and cranes safely for material handling and loading/unloading shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area,



following safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

- All operators are given sufficient training based on your expected role in the company.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, mechanical principles, and quality inspection techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools effectively and perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimations.
- Valid certification or training in crane operation and forklift driving is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision machining and assembly

Pay: From $23.24 per hour
