About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Used Car Sales Representative to join our dealership team.

The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to build relationships and achieve sales goals. Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and budget
- Present and demonstrate available used vehicles
- Answer questions about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and follow up with customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Respond to phone calls, online inquiries, and leads
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Meet individual and dealership sales targets
- Maintain a professional and organized showroom environment

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional,



and outgoing personality
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales or automotive experience is an asset
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable transportation is an asset
