We are a growing multidisciplinary clinic specializing in child development and rehabilitation. Our mission is to empower children to reach their full potential by providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services. With a collaborative team of therapists, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, social workers, and behavioural consultants, we create individualized treatment plans to support children and their families.

Responsibilities

- Assess and develop treatment plans for children with a range of conditions, including developmental delays, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal conditions, and genetic conditions.
- Provide physiotherapy services to a combination of private-pay and FSCD-funded clients.
- Provide services in clinic, home, and community settings.
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy to enhance movement, strength, coordination, and functional abilities.
- Work closely with families, providing education and support to help them integrate therapy into daily life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and behavioural consultants, to provide holistic and comprehensive care.




- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to ensure coordinated support for each child.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to ongoing service development.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

- A degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
- Experience or a strong interest in pediatric physiotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, patient, and playful approach to working with children and families
- A strong commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
- Valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle.

Schedule:

- Evenings
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Pay: Up to $105.00 per hour
