A brand-new 10-court indoor pickleball facility with a café and licensed bar opens mid-September in Dieppe.

Mornings only. You come in, work the prep list, and you are done by noon. No nights, no weekends, no service. If you know your way around a prep kitchen and want steady morning hours that leave the rest of your day open, this is a positive fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Work the daily prep list set by the F&B; Lead, to set recipes and portions
- Wash, cut, and portion produce and proteins; make sauces, dressings, and spreads ahead
- Prepare, portion, label, and date grab-and-go and café items for the day
- Keep temperature logs, rotate stock, and follow allergen and food safety practices
- Receive morning deliveries, check them against invoices, and put product away
- Clean and sanitize your station, wash prep dishes, and leave the kitchen ready

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Prep or kitchen experience required
- Food handler certification required at hire
- Comfortable working from a prep list and finishing it within your shift
- Consistent knife work, portioning, and recipe execution
- Reliable and punctual. This is an early shift and the day depends on it
- Available 2 to 4 mornings per week on a set schedule
- Bilingual (English / French) is an asset




- Comfortable standing for most of a shift, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working around heat and sharp tools, with or without accommodation

WHAT WE OFFER

- $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience
- A set morning schedule, 8:00 a.m. to noon, 2 to 4 days a week, 8 to 16 hours. No nights, no weekends
- Paid training starting 2 to 3 weeks before we open
