Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a lively, professional manner
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and advantages, helping customers make informed decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions clearly and confidently in multiple languages if applicable
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student with flexible availability for part-time shifts
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Prior retail or sales experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain tidy displays and manage stock levels
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
