Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end.
- Assist in food preparation tasks to support quick service, including basic food assembly and maintaining cleanliness in food areas.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
- Support food industry best practices by handling food safely, practicing proper sanitation, and adhering to all safety protocols.





Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
