Duties

- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on various powersports vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble engines, chassis, electrical systems, and other components.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake adjustments, and fluid top-offs.
- Keep detailed records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle.
- Test ride equipment post-repair to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs needed and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency at all times.

Qualifications

- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, engines, and drivetrain components common in powersports equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in motorcycle or powersports repair is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.

Pay: $17.50-$35.00 per hour
