Unpain Clinic is a wellness clinic that has been providing Shockwave Therapy, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Massage Therapy for over 15 years, with two South Edmonton locations: one inside the Derrick Golf and Winter Club and one in Summerside. We help people living with chronic pain get back to the activities they love.

But this role goes beyond the clinic. You will work directly with our founder, Uran Berisha, supporting all of his companies: Unpain Clinic, our international shockwave education brand I Love Shockwave, and our growing franchise operation. One day you might be editing a podcast clip, the next building a banner for the clinic, the next drafting a newsletter with AI. If you like variety and want a front-row seat to how multiple businesses are built, this is that job.

The position averages 25 hours per week with flexible hours. Some projects are time-sensitive, so consistency and strong time management matter.

What you'll do:

- Edit video content: podcast episodes, testimonials, social clips, and YouTube videos
- Create and schedule social media content across multiple brands
- Use AI tools, especially Claude, as part of your daily workflow for writing, content, and efficiency
- Design marketing materials: TV slides, banners, signage, and print collateral
- Support blogs, newsletters,



and email campaigns
- Help coordinate events, partnerships, and sponsorships
- Handle general administrative and marketing support for the founder

What we're looking for:

- Video editing skills. This is a core part of the role, not a nice-to-have
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Real proficiency with AI tools, or the drive to become proficient fast. We use Claude daily and expect you to as well
- Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) and a good eye
- Hard working, reliable, and able to follow directions and deliver exactly what was asked
- Organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines without being chased
- Experience or education in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset
