Overview

100 Kellogg is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Service Staff. In this role, you will be a key part of delivering exceptional guest experiences at a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and social celebrations.

Event Service Staff are responsible for providing professional, attentive service, supporting event setup and tear down, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Event Setup & Tear Down: Assist with preparing and dismantling event spaces, including setting up tables, chairs, décor, and service stations.
- Guest Service: Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to guests throughout the event.
- Guest Engagement: Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain clean and organized event spaces by clearing tables,



handling dishware, and keeping service areas tidy.
- Service Standards: Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards to consistently deliver high-quality hospitality.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support successful event operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, qualified attitude.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Valid Smart Serve certification and record check required.
