We are hiring an experienced Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator to join our busy fabrication shop.

This role requires expert-level experience in fabricating steel stairs and railings and strong blueprint reading skills. We are looking for a reliable, skilled tradesperson who takes pride in precision and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

- Fabricate structural steel and miscellaneous metal components from shop drawings
- Fabrication of steel stairs (stringers, landings, treads)
- Fabrication of railings
- Read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings accurately
- Layout, fit, and assemble components independently
- Operate shop equipment (saws, drills, ironworkers, grinders, etc.)
- Perform MIG and stick welding
- Maintain productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years fabrication experience




- Proven experience fabricating stairs and railings (required)
- Strong blueprint reading skills (required)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- CWB certification is an asset
