Queensville Kennel is a skilled dog kennel specializing in German Shepherds and miniature schnauzers. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and hardworking kennel assistant to join our team.

Job Duties

Cleaning and maintaining dog kennels and facility areas

- Feeding dogs and refreshing water
- Walking and handling dogs (including large breeds such as German Shepherds)
- Assisting with basic grooming (bathing, brushing, drying)
- General kennel sanitation and daily maintenance

Requirements

- Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, including large breeds
- Must be physically fit (the job involves lifting, cleaning, and standing for extended periods)
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Must have reliable transportation (we are located in East Gwillimbury)




- Previous experience with dogs, kennels, farms, or animal care is an asset

Important

This is a physically demanding, hands-on job in a kennel environment.

Applicants must be comfortable performing cleaning duties, handling large dogs, and working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

This position may not be suitable for individuals who are uncomfortable with physical work or handling large dogs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
