Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care in various medical settings, demonstrating compassion and professionalism. We are looking for someone who is willing to commit to weekends and days during the week. This line is 12hour night shift, 4on-4off.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with resident assessments and admissions
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions
- Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Provide support and supervise the Assisted Living Workers during the shift.

Experience:
- Previous experience in nursing,



particularly in areas such as Dementia care, Hospice care, Nursing home, Hospital, and Home care is preferred
- Experience in patient care including ABI and mental health

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
- Compassionate attitude towards residents and their families
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new healthcare practices
