What You'll Do

- Perform residential cleaning services for homes and apartments
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Clean bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Work efficiently as part of a two-person cleaning team
- Ensure equipment and supplies remain organized and maintained

Compensation

- Starting at $19.00/hour
- Paid per completed job (minimum equivalent of $19/hour)
- Performance-based pay increases

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented
- Positive with a strong work ethic
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout the day
- Comfortable working independently and with a teammate
- Able to travel throughout the Ottawa area
- Customer-focused and professional

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Able to pass a background check
- Available Monday–Friday (some weekends may be available)
