Team Caduceon Barrie is looking for a reliable and friendly individual to help us out as with Customer Service and with Sample Reception. The successful candidate will work in our Barrie Laboratory with a small team of individuals.

Duties will entail the following:

· receiving of samples

· answering the phone

· ensure all samples are received and appropriate conditions are met

· log samples into the Laboratory Information System

· label samples

· place samples in appropriate storage areas

· preparation of bottle orders and supplies for customers

· shipping/handling of bottle orders and supplies including picking up and dropping off at client locations

· follow up on customer requests via phone and email

Position: Customer Service/Sample Reception – Full-time

Requirements: Good attitude, punctual and ability to pick up/move up to 50lbs boxes/crates/coolers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
