About the Role

Indigo Property Services is looking for a Landscape Foreman to take ownership of projects in the field and help bring them to life from the ground up.

This is a working leadership role. You will be responsible for leading the crew while also actively participating in the physical work on site.

You are not just overseeing the build. You are part of it.

What You Will Do

- Lead landscape projects on site from start to finish
- Work alongside the crew in daily installation and construction
- Set the pace and keep the team moving productively
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite flow
- Ensure work is completed according to plan and company standards
- Keep projects progressing on schedule
- Communicate with clients when needed
- Identify challenges early and solve them on site
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in landscape construction
- Experience leading or supporting a crew
- Someone who leads by example, not from the sidelines
- Strong problem solving ability




- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 – 70 per week
