Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating setting for young children, fostering their emotional, social, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education principles and the ability to engage effectively with children and their families. Responsibilities: • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children. • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. • Support classroom routines, learning activities, and daily care. • Foster children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. • Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment. • Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children. • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. • Follow all licensing regulations and health and safety. Qualifications: • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) - must be a member in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE. • ECA certificate or previous childcare experience is an asset.



• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment. • Valid Standard First Aid and infant child CPR (Level C) • WHIMS • Current Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one). • Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements. • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. • Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities. • Proficiency in computer operation for documentation and communication purposes is beneficial. • A genuine passion for nurturing children's development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all learners is crucial.
