Breka Bakery Group is looking for an experienced Baker who works in our Cookie production team at our central kitchen!

We are a fast-paced production team who produce a large volume of cookies, puff pastries, and croissants! Our goal is to produce variety of Cookies with quality. Require at least one year experience at bakery setting or completion of baking school.
Looking for an individual who want long-term employment to grow together!

SHIFT HOURS:
6 to 8hours per day depending on the production volume, between 7:00 am to 5:00pm.
4 to 5 days a week
Open availably including Weekends and Holiday is preferred

4 months’ Probation period

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Measure and mix ingredients following the recipe
- Scoop/Roll/Cut out cookie
- Scoop and pipping choux paste
- Scoop/Roll/Cut out cookie
- Finishing croissant with different fillings

- Bake Cookies in commercial rotating ovens
- Other prep duties
- Maintain the station tidy and clean





REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experienced as a Baker using commercial mixers and ovens.
- Hard-working and high energy is a must
- Able to lift 25kg, and physically fit
- Responsible and be dependable to show up for all shifts
- Positive attitude and able to take direction well
- Self-motivated and can work independently but in a team as well
- Understand work efficiency well and thrive to improve the productivity
- Passionate to produce high quality products consistently
- Must be available to work WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
