This role offers tremendous opportunities for individuals looking to deeply expand their insurance knowledge and scale their careers. This is a commission-heavy/commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Your income directly reflects your drive and grows as your book of business expands.
- Outside Sales: Conduct prospecting and outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients.
- Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure elite customer satisfaction and retention.
- Risk Consultation: Analyze client needs through thorough consultation and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Negotiation: Present and negotiate policy terms, coverages, and pricing to close sales effectively.
- Lead Generation: Proactively build a local network and center of influence to drive incoming referrals.
- Administration: Manage sales documentation, applications, and follow-up activities with high accuracy.
- Culture Contributor: Bring a positive, collaborative energy to our brand-new Windsor office hub.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Active RIBO license is strictly required.
- Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, outside sales, or business development preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong communication skills with a natural ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Analysis: Solid analytical skills to assess complex client risks and recommend correct products.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and expand your industry knowledge.
