Select Finishing is seeking a General Labourer to handle raw and finished parts within our operations. This role requires attention to detail and an understanding of manufacturing procedures. You will be responsible for part inspections, loading and unloading tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and rack parts according to the daily schedule
- Load and unload parts, following instructions precisely
- Perform inspections for defects on parts
- Prepare parts as needed by plugging and masking
- Assist with rework and segregate non-conforming materials

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic manufacturing procedure understanding
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects
- Solid attention to detail and quality commitment
