As the Manager of Indigenous Health, you will coordinate services, manage staff, and align initiatives for better health outcomes. You will represent Fraser Health in various community engagements, develop staff, and oversee project implementation, ensuring compliance with health strategies.
Your leadership will foster collaboration with Indigenous organizations and tackle complex health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent IH Program at community and health authority meetings
- Lead project development from initiation to implementation
- Recruit, mentor,
and evaluate Indigenous Health staff
- Develop resource and care quality measurement practices
- Enhance Indigenous peoples' health service experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in health care management or related field
- Minimum seven years of experience in Indigenous Health
- Knowledge of Indigenous health protocols
- Valid BC Driver's License
- Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
