FortiSASE is a SaaS-based service that combines network and security functions with WAN capabilities, which allows users to securely access the Internet from anywhere. As a team member, you will be responsible for testing the end-to-end functionality of the product.

Job Responsibilities

- Execute feature and bug fix testing for the FortiSASE cloud-hosted security solution using a combination of manual and automated testing techniques.
- Help build frameworks and packages required to implement end to end automation involving multiple products.
- Work with internal teams to diagnose and troubleshoot issues found in production and staging environments.
- Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.
- Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed.

Job Skills Required





- Experience working as a QA in a Software-as-a-Service or Infrastructure-as-a-Service environment and/or in Network security and related technologies such as IPsec, SSL/TLS, VPN, DNS, SD-WAN etc.
- Ability to create and maintain test infrastructure.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, switching, and routing.
- Team player with solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to logically and analytically troubleshoot web applications, networks and cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and reproducible problem reports and test results.
- Experience working with Open Stack, AWS, GCP and Azure is preferred.
- Experience with RabbitMQ is a plus.
- Experience with endpoint software (such as Forti Client or equivalent) is an asset.
- Experience in building frameworks and packages in Java or Python is a plus.
- Fortinet and other vendor certifications are a plus.
- Experience with AI is a plus.

Educational Requirements

- A degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field.
