In this high-visibility position, you'll contribute significantly to the Consolidations & Financial Reporting team. With 5-7 years of accounting experience, you'll navigate complex multi-entity consolidations and prepare financial statements for our global operations. You will play a crucial role in delivering insightful reporting packages to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation processes
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Conduct flux analysis and variance explanations for senior leadership
- Support internal financial reporting and external audit coordination
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in consolidations and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Workiva and advanced Excel skills
- Transparent communication skills for diverse audiences
