Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients' psychosocial and physical needs
• Design and adjust nursing care plans for individuals




• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care
• Record and assess ongoing patient progress
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
• 1-2 years of relevant medical/surgical nursing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CPR certification and crisis management ability
• Comfort in leading group educational efforts
