Act as the essential point of contact for residents with Wates Property Services in Winchester. This role focuses on communication, relationship-building, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout project works.
WPS is launching a new contract in Winchester and seeking a Resident Liaison Officer. Your role will be vital for residents, helping them navigate works, timelines, and any access needs. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to manage resident inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships and address resident queries
• Inform residents about project timelines and access requirements
• Coordinate access for ongoing works
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Log, manage, and resolve resident complaints
Requirements:
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Organised and proactive, remaining calm under pressure
• Customer-facing role experience, ideally in housing or construction
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Valid UK driving licence
Support residents effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and clear communication as a key member of WPS.
