The role emphasizes continuous skill development in areas like structured thinking, stakeholder communication, and advanced analytics to ensure high-quality, repeatable outcomes.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Synthesize complex data (e.G., occupancy metrics, employee feedback, cost benchmarks) into actionable insights and digestible content for executivesBuild and own material development for senior audiences and enterprise programsContribute to the development of portfolio optimization recommendations to optimize workspace utilization, occupancy cost, and operational efficiencyPrepare high-impact reports, presentations, and business cases for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, actionable insights, and alignment with strategic prioritiesOversee complex data analysis (e.G., occupancy trends, cost benchmarks, employee feedback) to identify risks, opportunities, and ROI-driven recommendationsSupport the development of scalable frameworks globally to support all regions (e.G., data validation, methodology templates) to standardize workflows and drive consistencyAdvance proficiency in analytical tools (e.G., Excel, Power BI, Python)
