Key Responsibilities:
• Service ongoing client needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Quote recent business through proactive outreach and walk-ins




• Process renewals and conduct care calls for clients
• Communicate with Underwriters regarding policy guidelines
• Stay updated on underwriting rules and engage in training programs
Requirements:
• RIBO or OTL license preferred
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Strong focus on customer experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
