Advance your career with Fraser Health as a Dietitian in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. You will provide essential nutrition services for low birth weight and premature infants.This Dietitian role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress. Your expertise in biochemistry and human metabolism will be pivotal in delivering tailored nutrition solutions. Additionally, you will engage in research, community outreach, and educational initiatives for staff and caregivers.Key Responsibilities:- Assess nutritional needs and develop care plans for infants- Monitor and adjust nutrition plans based on lab data- Participate in patient rounds and clinic evaluations- Develop educational materials for healthcare professionals- Engage in community outreach and teaching sessionsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and dietetic internship- Two years of clinical and research experience- Registered with College of Health and Care Professionals- Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian preferred- Solid knowledge of enteral and parenteral nutritionUtilize your nutrition expertise at Fraser Health to make a meaningful impact on neonatal care.#J-18808-Ljbffr
