Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesManage litigation on behalf of the Firm, from early case assessment and strategy development to drafting pleadings and overseeing research and analysisWork with external counsel where warranted, with the goal of resolving litigation at minimal impact to MNPProvide advice to various leaders and executivesDraft concise emails and legal documentsIdentify and research legal issues, analyze complicated situations, and develop practical solutionsDevelop good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and work effectively with outside counselWrite briefs on regulatory, legal,
