You will take ownership of subsystems, influence system-level decisions, and be the primary technical interface with customers and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Gather functional and performance requirements from stakeholders
• Produce Interface Control Documents for various subsystems
• Perform performance simulations and reliability modeling




• Develop Payload Verification Master Plan and lead testing
• Mentor junior engineers and manage technical documentation

Requirements:
• Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace or Physics
• 10+ years of experience in digital regenerative payload systems
• Knowledge of digital communications and modulation schemes
• Solid technical-writing and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions
