As a member of the RP North team, your responsibilities will encompass maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as performing emergency repairs when necessary. You’ll engage in routine facility inspections and use CMMS for effective maintenance management across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out basic repairs, including plumbing and HVAC
• Completion of facility inspections and corrective actions
• Log daily equipment readings and maintain certifications
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and perform repairs
• Engage actively in Preventative Maintenance program
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineer Certification with 5+ years’ experience
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Pass drug test and background checks for security clearance
• Effective communication and prioritization skills
• Experience with Biomass Boiler Systems preferred
