Job Duties

- Operates vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to company safety regulations
- Conducts routine inspections prior to departure to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition
- Manages appropriate cargo documentation and provides necessary paperwork upon the delivery of goods
- Coordinates the loading and unloading of the truck, verifying cargo and ensuring items are properly stored and secured
- Maintains contact with dispatcher to provide status updates, clarify special instructions, and notify about delays or issues during transport
- Ensure customer delivery is met in a timely, safe and professional manner





Skills and Requirements

- Possess a Valid Class 1/AZ License is required
- Provide 5 years Commercial driving abstract
- Minimum 1 year of class 1 driving experience
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- Must be willing to load/unload and be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to work versatile schedules
- Must be bondable and legally entitled to work in Canada
