Our sales team handles all lead generation and appointment setting, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: presenting, overcoming objections, and closing.If you are a high-performance sales professional who thrives in a commission-only workplace and refuses to walk away without a deal, this role was built for you.What You'll DoAttend pre-set, in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified homeowners within your regionAverage 3–4 booked appointments per day, scheduled between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PMDeliver compelling product presentations and close deals on the first visitClearly communicate product options, pricing, available incentives, and financingHandle objections with confidence and professionalismSubmit signed agreements and required documentation for processingWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience (in-home closing strongly preferred)Background in related industries — solar, roofing, windows,
