About the RoleReporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Controller will lead the organization's corporate accounting and financial reporting function. This hands‐on leadership role is responsible for consolidations, external reporting, month‐end close, regulatory filings, and maintaining the integrity of financial information across multiple entities. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to drive process improvements and collaborate with senior stakeholders.What You'll DoFinancial Reporting & ConsolidationsLead the preparation and maintenance of consolidated financial statements and supporting schedulesManage the month‐end, quarter‐end, and year‐end close processes across multiple entitiesPrepare and review intercompany reconciliations, consolidation entries, and financial analysesOversee the preparation of management reporting packages and regulatory financial disclosuresEnsure timely completion of external reporting requirements and regulatory filingsCorporate Accounting & ComplianceMaintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirementsPrepare complex journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial analysesCoordinate external audits and serve as the primary finance contact for auditorsSupport technical accounting assessments and the application of accounting standards to complex transactionsAssist with the preparation of board reporting materials and executive financial presentationsProcess Improvement & Business PartnershipIdentify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes, controls,



and operational efficiencySupport finance transformation initiatives and the implementation of best practicesPartner with cross‐functional teams to resolve accounting issues and strengthen financial governanceProvide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business initiativesContribute to special projects, corporate transactions, and other ad‐hoc financial analysesWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experienceStrong experience with corporate consolidations and multi‐entity financial reportingAdvanced knowledge of IFRS and experience applying accounting standards to complex transactionsExperience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsPublic accounting experience, including Big Four or large firm exposure, is highly preferredInvestment, asset management, natural resources, or other complex corporate reporting experience is considered an assetExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and external stakeholdersA proactive, detail‐oriented leader who thrives in a fast‐paced workplace and takes ownership of key financial processesWhy JoinThis is an opportunity to join a collaborative organization where you'll have significant visibility with executive leadership and play a key role in financial reporting, governance, and strategic decision‐making.
