WINS is looking for a Development Officer to spearhead philanthropic growth within our community programs. This role emphasizes developing relationships with individuals and corporations for major gift prospects and maintaining engagement with existing donors. Responsibilities also include crafting tailored proposals and ensuring stewardship practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of donors
• Write persuasive proposals and impact communications
• Support major donor cultivation and stewardship activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
