Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their team. This role supports a team of four lawyers and requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare court documents and correspondence
- Support the day-to-day activities of the legal team
- Provide organizational assistance to help streamline legal practices
- Manage the flow of documents between lawyers and clients
- Perform various administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Legal Administrative Assistant Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
- 3–5 years of litigation experience (preferred)
- Robust knowledge of the Alberta Rules of Court
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
