As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as the primary project leader, accountable for the successful delivery of large-scale commercial building projects, typically valued at $50M+. This role requires exceptional leadership across site operations, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance, while overseeing multidisciplinary teams of site staff, trades, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ranging from $30M–$150M
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Drive project schedules, budgets,



and quality standards with accuracy and accountability
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, supporting a high-performance culture
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial construction, including 5+ years in a project management role
- Proven success managing large, complex commercial projects with budgets exceeding $50M
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple stakeholders
