This temporary position is with the Government of Alberta in Edmonton or Calgary. Ideal for candidates with solid skills in strategic communications, project management, and creative content creation. You will collaborate with internal experts to deliver impactful communications that reflect human rights initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies
• Lead the creation of newsletters and digital communication tools
• Craft engaging plain language content for multiple platforms
• Launch public awareness campaigns regarding human rights
• Conduct research to guide strategic communications decisions
Requirements:
• University degree in Social Sciences, Communications, or similar
• 4 years of related experience in communications or marketing
• Proficient in digital tools including Adobe and Canva
• Strong understanding of social justice principles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
