Your skills in patient assessment, organizational abilities,



and team collaboration will directly impact the quality of care provided to 850,000 residents.Key Responsibilities:Provide nursing care for geriatric and stroke patientsCoordinate care plans with multidisciplinary team membersDocument patient care accurately using computerized systemsParticipate in hospital committees and project teamsMentor new hires and nursing studentsRequirements:Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario2 years of acute medical/surgical inpatient experience preferredBCLS certification (or commitment to obtain)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principlesContribute to innovative healthcare delivery while fostering community connection and excellence in patient care at Humber River Health.#J-18808-Ljbffr
